DECORATION METHODS

SILK-SCREEN PRINTING
It's an old trade and we're masters at it. You can expect every silk-screened item we print to be vibrant and clear. Our state-of-the-art M&R presses are capable of printing up to 12 spot colors and have the capacity of producing 10,000 garments per day.
DTG
Direct to garment printing uses inkjet technology and is extremely efficient, incurs less waste and is capable of utilizing millions of colors.
For short runs, this process can be the most beneficial due to the set up time frame and costs and the prints last for many years because of how the design gets attached to the interwoven threads of fabric.
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation allows for whole garment prints and designs that can go seam-to-seam. This process only works best on certain fabrics and is also great for short or long runs of production.
It allows for photorealistic details like DTG and done correctly will last for years.
EMBROIDERY
